How do long does the shipping take?
The shipping cost is based on the volume and weight of your package rather than the number of products, which will make our logistics cost lower than other platforms.
And the shipping cost shows you on the product page below SKU is an estimated cost for 1 piece. This number may change when you purchase multiple pieces. This is because our system calculates the shipping costs based on the total weight of your package.
Shipping generally takes about 10-25 business days depending on your location.You will receive a full tracking number so you can track your order and monitor when it will arrive.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Usually we recommend UPS due to its reasonable price and good service for express shipping.

Will the order be shipped out separately?
Normally, we will ship the products out together for one order or orders with the same recipient and address. In special cases, we will send out the products that arrive first to make sure our customers at least receive part of the order within a reasonable time. Then, we will send out the remaining products without charging extra shipping fee.
