We do not accept returns for items due to a simple change of mind. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, with tags still attached. Please note that shipping fees and third-party payment processing charges are non-refundable for any refused or unacceptable packages.

Order Cancellation
Falanchii.com allows order cancellations before the items are shipped or produced. You can submit a cancellation request through your order list. We will approve or decline your request based on the status of your order. If your cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your Falanchii account balance within 3 business days.
Please note that cancellation requests will not be accepted once the items have been shipped.
Returns
We take great care to ensure that every item is well-packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you inspect your items upon receipt to ensure they are not damaged. If you need to return an item, you may submit a refund or resend request from your order list within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Issues
Falanchii.com offers a full refund or item resend if your package has not been successfully delivered within 45 days from the shipping date, according to the tracking information.
