Shipping
Shipping generally takes 10 to 25 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a full tracking number, allowing you to track your order and monitor its estimated arrival.
The shipping cost is based on the volume and weight of your package, not the number of items in your order. The estimated shipping cost displayed on the product page is for a single item, but it may adjust when purchasing multiple items, as the system calculates the total weight of the package.

Delivery Time
Yes, we offer express shipping. We recommend UPS for express delivery due to its affordable pricing and reliable service.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination. You can view the estimated delivery time on the product page when you make a purchase.
Ordering
Normally, we ship all items in an order together, or we combine orders going to the same recipient and address. In some cases, if items arrive at different times, we may ship the available items first, so you get part of your order as quickly as possible. The remaining items will be shipped without extra cost.
To track your order, simply:
Log in to your account and go to your order list.
Enter the tracking number in the provided box and click “Track My Orders.”
Returns
Items sold on Falanchii.com are final sale. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. We do not accept returns for simple change of mind. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags, to qualify for a return.
Please note, shipping and third-party payment fees are non-refundable for any rejected or unacceptable returns.
Orders can be canceled before the items are shipped or produced. You can submit a cancellation request through your order list. If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your Falanchii account within 3 business days.
Refund
You can submit a refund or resend request from your order list within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or damaged. We recommend inspecting your items upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition.
If your package has not been delivered within 45 days from the shipping date (according to the tracking information), we offer a full refund or resend of the package.
